“I researched great agents and called Amy Norris to sell my home. Since I was going on the road, it I wanted someone capable that would be make it easy to work with me remotely and she helped me get with an attorney to make Power of Attorney arrangements. We met at her office and looked at the market sold and competition. She gave us her recommendations to make the house sell quicker and took extensive notes on the many features and upgrades we have.
It was important to me to understand the best-selling practices and procedures, and it was explained in detail in a way that I felt like Amy and her team cared and went to bat for me.
As soon as we listed it, we started getting showings and actually had a few offers- I ended up having lots of interest and had to turn away other offers.
The online signing was easy, and contracts were easy to read, printable and downloadable. The photos were fabulous, marketing, experience, far-reaching advertising, advanced technology and how her and her team would represent me and my home was impressive. Every time the home was shown I would be notified via text, email or phone and received feedback.
Amy and her team showcased my home’s SPECIAL & BEAUTIFUL features and they know how to sell homes! Not only are her photographer’s photos awesome, photos/virtual tours and Amy’s advertising and description didn’t disappoint!
